The challenge
Robin Healthcare had its sights on being a true disruptor in the healthcare technology space, but it needed a website that could tell its story and build a foundation of awareness and trust amongst its key audience.
The process
As VP of Marketing & Creative, I managed vendors and internal marketing teams in auditing and directing experiments on the existing site to learn what messaging and creativity led to the most marketing-qualified lead conversions. Analyzing the heat maps and flow tracking. I evaluated keyword searches and performed concept testing with third-party developers to inform key benefits and creative ideas that would resonate most with the target audience.
With the insights from the research gathered, I led a creative team of designers, copywriters, and front-end developers to bring the new website to life in line with the new brand guidelines.
